The Investment Compliance Specialist

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• Supporting the team in providing a high-quality depositary monitoring service to ensure that clients comply with regulatory rules and corporate trusteeship responsibilities
• Maintaining excellent relationships with clients, Fiduciary countries, fund administrators and third party vendors, meeting all deadlines
• Investigating and validating portfolio managers exceptions / breaches towards UCITS / AIFMD regulations in post trade compliance application
• Clarifying and resolving inconsistencies between data reflected by Citi and supplied by the customer (maker-checker role)
• Participating in projects as assigned, leading / co-leading certain project activities
• Timely answering standard and non-standard questions related to performed duties, maintaining appropriate business correspondence
• Conducting operation calls with clients / oversights and performing other business activities delegated by manager

Kogo poszukujemy?

Key requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance sector (experience in Investment Funds or Securities Services advantageous)
• Knowledge of bank products and the field of finances and banking
• Customer communication experience (internal/external)
• Good PC skills (Excel, Word)
• Advanced English written and spoken
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Flexibility, team spirit, loyalty

Education:

• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
