IT Business Development Lead (Remote)

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (C1 level).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B business development within digital, IT services, software, or technology-driven environments.
• Previous experience in a digital agency, startup, scale-up, or similar fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of selling complex solutions such as digital projects, data, AI, or consulting services through a value-based sales approach.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a complete sales cycle and consistently generate new business.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-growing, evolving environments.
• Genuine passion for emerging technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence and its impact on digital products and services.
• Highly autonomous, well-organized, and results-oriented, with the ability to build and grow your own business pipeline.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage senior executives and C-level decision-makers.
• Curious, proactive, resilient, and motivated by ambitious challenges.
• Comfortable working in an agile, rapidly changing environment and able to adapt quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Building and nurturing trusted relationships with enterprise clients across industries such as banking insurance, luxury, retail, media, and the public sector by understanding their digital challenges and proposing tailored, innovative solutions.
• Expanding your professional network by organizing and hosting targeted events (conferences, networking events, demos, etc.) to generate new business opportunities.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and by defining and executing your own go-to-market strategy within your territory.
• Managing the entire sales cycle, from opportunity qualification to contract signature, while engaging with C-level stakeholders (Digital, Innovation, IT, etc.).
• Understanding technical topics (digital platforms, data, AI) and translating them into clear business value for clients.
• Working closely with internal teams (delivery, international production, marketing) to develop compelling and competitive commercial proposals.
• Contributing to the development of company's international footprint by helping define and implement the appropriate commercial strategy.
• Leveraging existing client success stories and re-engaging historical customers.
• Continuously monitoring digital and AI market trends to identify emerging business opportunities.
