Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a H&S Specialist located in Tczew Poland.

What a typical day looks like:

• Inspect working conditions and ensure compliance with occupational health safety fire protection and environmental regulations.
• Identify occupational hazards and prepare relevant reports and root causes.
• Participate in occupational risk assessments and investigations of incidents.
• Maintain records and documentation related to incidents diseases and harmful factors in the work environment.
• Manage of indicators related to working environment and measurements of harmful factors with storing and analyzing results.
• Develop update and implement safety instructions procedures and related documentation.
• Conduct training on occupational health and safety fire protection and chemical handling.
• Collaborate with internal departments company doctor and relevant authorities to implement safety objectives.
• Manage of fire protection equipment and verify chemical safety data sheets.
• Prepare reports and submit required documentation to state and local authorities (e.g. PIP PIS).

The experience were looking to add to our team:

• Proven ability to independently manage safety standards and complex health and safety tasks.
• University degree or postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health and Safety.
• Strong knowledge of legal regulations related to occupational health safety and fire protection. Knowledge of environmental protection matters would be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Demonstrated sense of responsibility and accountability for tasks and their impact on the team and organization.
• Good in English & Polish (written and spoken)
• Eligible to work in Poland (EU).
