Manager, Accounting, Global Inventory COE

Join a high-impact global finance team responsible for ensuring the accuracy control and governance of inventory accounting across a complex international this leadership role you will oversee a team of accounting professionals drive continuous improvement initiatives and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support operational excellence compliance and financial integrity.

What You Will Do

• Lead and develop a team of 5 accounting professionals responsible for inventory-related technical accounting activities.

• Ensureaccurateandtimelymonth-end close activities including review and approval of complex journal entries balance sheet reconciliations and inventory accounting transactions.

• Oversee key inventory accounting areas including goods received not invoiced goods in transit excess and obsolete inventory costing inventory reserves and inventory-related assets.

• Partner with Finance Operations Supply Chain and shared service teams to support financial reporting andtimelybook closure for a large and complex business entity.

• Apply andmonitorcompliance with corporate accounting policies and US GAAP requirements across inventory accounting processes.

• Support internal and external audits including inventory-related control testing and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance activities.

• Drive process improvement standardization system enhancements and transition projects to increase efficiency and strengthen controls.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inventory accounting inquiries and provide guidance on technical accounting matters to business stakeholders.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.

• Minimum 8 years of experience inaudit accounting or finance.

• Minimum 3 yearsof peopleleadership experience.

• Fluent English languageproficiency.

• Strongexpertisein accounting standards

• Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance requirements.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree in Accounting Finance or related field

• Professional accounting certification(ACCA/CIMA)

• Experience with inventory accounting processes and controls

• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle SAP JD Edwardsetc)

• Polish languageproficiency

Poland Pay Ranges:

• Poland: zł232.300 - zł387.100 PLN Annual
