We are looking for native or near-native German speakers to join an international customer support team in Sofia starting September 11th. You will be supporting everyday users of the world’s biggest digital app store and media ecosystem.

What you’ll actually do day-to-day:

• Help Real Users: Assist German-speaking customers via Phone, Live Chat, and Email with account settings, app download issues, and digital payment features (Play Store, gPay, Family Sharing, Books & Movies).
• Non-Technical Problem Solving: Guide users step-by-step using modern CRM systems and easy-to-follow knowledge bases.
• Bring Good Vibes: Turn quick technical hiccups into effortless customer moments with your friendly communication style.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or near-native German (C1/C2) + solid working English (B2+).
• Experience: Previous background in customer service, call centers, retail, or hospitality (so you know the ropes and love interacting with people!).
• Work Authorization: EU Passport or valid legal right to work in Bulgaria.
• Relocation Mindset: Genuinely motivated to relocate to Sofia for a long-term life and career move starting September 11th (or currently living locally in Sofia).
• Work Schedule: Flexible and open to working 40 hours per week on a rotative shift schedule between 09:00 and 22:00, Monday through Sunday.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating smartphones, mobile apps, and digital platforms.
