Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Responsibilities:

• Validate RF communication, including long-range alarm signaling and image and audio transmission.
• Execute RF performance and robustness tests and validate addressable and hybrid installations, device enrollment and topology handling.
• Test protocol behavior, coexistence and prioritization across devices, gateways, control panels and backend systems.
• Support automation-based test solutions and validation setups.
• Prepare structured test evidence for EN 50131 compliance readiness.
• Create and maintain test plans, reports and defect documentation.
• Collaborate with Ramp;D engineers, product management and compliance teams.

Kogo poszukujemy?

Required profile:

• Engineering degree in Electronics, Telecommunications or a related technical field.
• Strong experience in Quality Assurance.
• Experience validating wireless or bus-based systems and testing communication-focused hardware products.
• Experience with latency, range and throughput testing.
• Practical knowledge of Sub-GHz radio systems, RF protocols or IoT communication.
• Knowledge of QA processes, methods and tools.
• Analytical, data-driven approach to testing and reporting.
• Ability to use debugging logs, traces and serial output for problem solving.
• Good command of spoken and written English.

Additional qualifications:

• Python-based test automation skills.
• ISTQB certificate.
• Experience with the Atlassian toolchain.
• Experience with EN 50131 or similar standards.
• Experience in intrusion, detection or access domains.
