Junior Publisher Relations Specialist with Spanish

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• Publisher Acquisition: Sourcing, pre-qualifying, and initiating outreach to potential new media partners.
• Onboarding Support: Assisting new publishers during setup, handling day-to-day inquiries (regarding offers, platform use, and billing), and liaising with internal teams.
• Data Offer Management: Verifying and updating offers, pricing, site metrics, and communication history in HubSpot and internal systems.
• Quality Assurance: Monitoring publications to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to deadlines.
• Reporting: Preparing basic data summaries and status reports on publisher database growth and activities.

Kogo poszukujemy?

Key requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a partner-oriented mindset and professional etiquette.
• Spanish at C1 level (business fluency) and English at B2 level.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to follow established procedures, and willingness to learn and accept feedback.
• Basic understanding of content publishing principles and the concept of link building.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (especially Gmail, Sheets, and Docs) and strong web research skills.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and task management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Asana).
• Familiarity with admin panels or order fulfillment workflows (B2B/e-commerce).
• Ability to compile basic data reports and summaries in spreadsheets.
