Wealth Regulatory Reporting Operation Analyst

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• Support timely and accurate submission of non-financial regulatory reports across jurisdictions and products.
• Resolve regulatory reporting issues and communicate operational changes to Operations Technology.
• Develop business requirements for system enhancements and manage implementation of new or amended regulations.
• Reconcile positions to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of reporting.
• Streamline process inconsistencies, mitigate risks, and maintain process documentation.
• Share knowledge within the team and anticipate future regulatory changes by engaging with stakeholders.
• Drive projects, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
• Support control functions including MCA, audits, and procedure updates.
• Calculate and monitor KPIs, escalate issues, and ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with Business and Tech partners on gap identification and process improvements, and contribute to governance activities.

Kogo poszukujemy?

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Operations, preferably in regulatory reporting.
• Proven experience working with business stakeholders.
• Understanding of regulations and operational processes.
• Good understanding of investments, capital market products, trade execution and settlement.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills adjusted to the recipient.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with experience in process improvement or automation.
• Knowledge of control frameworks and risk management principles.
