Job Title: Wireless Solution Manager Job Location: (city, country) Warsaw, Poland Main Responsibilities: Presale support including wireless/core network technical solution, dimension, highlights proposal etc. Seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities with key service provider accounts Collect and analyze all marketing information. Enhance customer relationships Manage product related activities and coordinate between Huawei and our service provider accounts. Promote GSM, UMTS, LTE and 5G solutions to defined customers. Produce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations. Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with Product Management and Engineering to ensure that these requirements are implemented in the products. Identify, quantify, and recommend action plan to address new business opportunities according to the overall strategy. Based on the customer's business and network construction requirements, formulate and provide the network construction strategy for the wireless/core network, develop the overall solution sales strategy, and conduct customer communication guidance. Requirements: Education in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, Telecommunications or similar Good knowledge in the fields of Mobile system such as GSM, UMTS, LTE, 5G technology or Core technology. Some experience working in Wireless/Core or Technical Sales domain. Capability to effectively communicate with and influence customers. Fluent Polish and English language skills. Eager to learn and grow. Good market analysis and structured thinking.
