They are seeking a proactive Functional Analyst to join their team in Krakow on a 6-month contract. This role offers you the opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day operational tasks across multiple workstreams working closely with engineering teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced technology environment.

Position Overview

As a Functional Analyst you will play a vital role in ensuring operational continuity across active tracking systems document workflows for future automation and build strong relationships with Engineering Managers to support their deliverables. This position requires someone who thrives onorganisation takes initiative without waiting for direction and treats every open item as a personal responsibility until resolved. Your contributions will directly support the smooth running of technology delivery operations and helpidentifyopportunities for process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational tasks across multiple active workstreams

• Maintain and update Jira boards and trackers based on stakeholder inputs

• Build collaborative relationships with Engineering Managers to support deliverables

• Document workflows and processes tofacilitatefuture automation initiatives

• Attend operational meetings to capture actions and deadlines accurately

• Track open items through to resolution ensuring nothing falls through gaps

• Support governance and compliance processes within the operational framework

• Identifyopportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in administrative or operational roles

• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)

• Strongorganisationalskills with ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively

• Familiarity with Jira or similar project tracking tools

• Proactive and autonomous working style with strong initiative

• Ownership mindset treating open items as personal responsibilities

• Experience in technology or software delivery environments

• Proficiencywith Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint and Teams

• Understanding of change management principles and practices

• Exposure to governancecomplianceor audit processes (beneficial)

• Knowledge of AI tools for process automation (advantageous)

• Understanding of the Atlassian ecosystem including Jira REST API (helpful)
