Global People (HR) Technology & Analytics Specialist

• act as a Subject Matter Expert for HR Technology solutions including SAP SuccessFactors Visier Qualtrics and other HR systems
• collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to identify business needs and support HR technology initiatives
• manage and maintain HR systems ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and governance
• support and train key users resolve escalations and coordinate system-related requests
• administer user roles permissions and access across HR platforms
• manage data integrations monitor interfaces and troubleshoot system issues
• create and maintain dashboards reports surveys and analytics solutions
• support system releases testing activities process improvements and change management initiatives
• develop user documentation and training materials to drive system adoption

Qualifications :

• minimum 4 years of experience in an HR Technology HRIS or related role
• hands-on experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors Visier Qualtrics SmartRecruiters or similar platforms
• experience in system administration governance and user support
• good understanding of HR processes and HR technology landscape
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• ability to work effectively with international teams
• bachelors or Masters degree
• fluent English both written and spoken
