Company Overview

They are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join their team in Krakow on a contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to platform design and implementation while working with modern cloud technologies and APIs.

Position Overview

As a Technical Lead youll play a key role in supporting platform design and implementation. Youll translate technical direction into working code build features and integrations and document important technical decisions. This position requires someone comfortable working across the full stack who can collaborate effectively with the team while also working independently. Your contributions will directly impact the platforms evolution and alignment with the technical roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of platform architecture
• Build features and integrations based on evolving requirements
• Translate technical direction into functional maintainable code
• Document key technical decisions for team reference
• Collaborate with team members to validate deliverables
• Incorporate feedback to improve project outcomes
• Ensure deliverables align with the technical roadmap
• Communicate technical decisions clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant technical experience
• Full stack development experience across front-end and back-end
• Strong experience with REST APIs and secure credential management
• Fluent English communication skills for effective collaboration
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (beneficial)
• Knowledge of Jira REST API or the Atlassian ecosystem (advantageous)
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Table API (a plus)
• Experience deploying to AWS or similar cloud environments (beneficial)
• Understanding of cloud services and infrastructure
