Position Overview

We are looking for a candidate with a practical technical mindset to help us turn engineering designs into fully operational devices. This role involves assembling, testing, and verifying equipment against documentation, as well as keeping the workshop and test rigs fully operational.

Your Daily Impact

• Conducting pressure tests on components and systems.

• Building and maintaining mechanical/hydraulic test benches in cooperation with the R&D team (equipment servicing, routine component replacements).

• Operating a CNC milling machine and taking responsibility for its maintenance.

• Performing basic locksmithing/bench work (cutting, drilling, tapping) as needed.

• Managing shop floor order, maintaining 5S standards, and taking ownership of hand tools.

• Supporting engineers during testing, integration, and assembly of propulsion systems.

We are looking for someone with a technical mindset and a hands-on approach. You don't need experience in every single area - if you have solid technical fundamentals, manual dexterity, and a strong drive to learn and take initiative, we’d love to meet you!

What we are looking for:

• Work Mode: Ready to work 100% on-site at our office/workshop facility in Krakow.

• Milling Machine Experience: Practical, hands-on experience operating milling machines (including CNC) OR a strong willingness and willingness to learn CNC machine operation.

• Workshop Expertise: Solid experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or workshop environment with a strong focus on the safe use of hand and power tools.

• Technical Literacy: Ability to accurately read technical drawings (dimensions, tolerances, symbols) and comfortably use measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers).

• Quality Assurance: Ability to perform component verification against technical documentation.

• Polish: Fluent in speaking and writing.

• English: Proficient level (able to smoothly read and understand technical documentation, instructions, and procedures).

• Personal Attributes: Strong attention to detail, highly accountable, independent, and initiative-driven.
