CIB Client Servicing with Italian

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Responsibilities:

• Act as a single point of contact within CIB client servicing, introducing new customers to the bank and enabling selected products for existing customers.
• Manage and coordinate customer activation journeys end to end.
• Provide operational support to customers, Relationship Managers and internal teams.
• Align client needs with internal rules and local and international regulations.
• Manage the customer request pipeline and ensure internal and customer deadlines are met.
• Build and maintain a cross-functional network to support customer needs.

Key requirements:

• Proven excellent customer service experience and a proactive approach to improving service quality.
• Business orientation and the ability to prioritise and manage conflicting requests.
• Resilience and the ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication, influencing and negotiation skills with customers and internal teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a highly developed capacity to influence others.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in banking, finance, economics or a similar field.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Italian.

Nice to have:

• Additional spoken and written language.
