Senior Digital Product Manager

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Product context:

• Join HSBC's Digital Authentication and Identification Value Stream, supporting authentication and verification journeys used by millions of customers across markets.
• DIVA is a global platform verifying passports, driving licences and national IDs through document authenticity and selfie-based anti-impersonation checks; its roadmap covers data-driven optimisation, new features, resilience and expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Own DIVA's product vision, multi-year strategy and roadmap.
• Convert stakeholder opportunities into prioritised business cases, epics and features with measurable value, acceptance criteria and milestones.
• Optimise end-to-end journeys using funnel analytics, error codes and customer feedback to improve completion and pass rates.
• Lead agile squads across engineering, UX, data and QA; manage cross-platform and market dependencies and release readiness.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance and Legal on controls-by-design, governance reporting, incidents and measurable outcomes.

Kogo poszukujemy?

• Experience as a Digital Product Manager or Product Owner delivering customer-facing products at scale.
• Strong knowledge of digital identity verification, authentication, or fraud and risk controls in financial services or another regulated industry.
• Data-driven product decision-making using funnel, conversion and operational metrics.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and navigating complex stakeholders and governance.
• Strong written communication and ability to produce product requirements, decision papers and governance updates.
• Understanding of secure, compliant delivery, including privacy, security and regulatory expectations.
• Experience delivering across multiple markets while balancing localisation and regulatory variation.
• Ability to improve pass rates, reduce fraud, increase resilience and enhance customer experience through disciplined product management.
