Key responsibilities

Procurement & Tendering

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for IT Services and IT Hardware
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with national and international suppliers
• Coordinate purchasing activities from demand identification through purchase order placement and invoice approval
• Support contract negotiations and manage supplier agreements and service contracts
• Collaborate closely with IT, Finance, Legal, and stakeholders across international offices
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships and performance management processes
• Support for tender procedures and supplier selection
• Price and terms negotiations
• Preparing and coordinating contract documentation with departments and lawyers
• Procurement and supplier communication management

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field
• Understanding of procurement and purchasing processes
• Analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with a structured and proactive approach to work
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Fluency in English and German – you will work in an international environment.
• Several years of professional experience in IT procurement, strategic sourcing, contract management, or a comparable role
