Junior Market Intelligence Support Specialist (mfx)

Junior Market Intelligence Support Specialist will join the global M&A team of Eurofins and will have first-hand exposure supporting financial and industry analysis for potential acquisition targets.

Main tasks will include:

• supporting a competitive benchmark analysis by division/country of all labs that Eurofins competes with globally (Revenue EBITDA EBIT FTE Net Debt etc.). This is based on publicly available information (corporate registers etc). This would have to be updated based on the latest financial data available and on a yearly basis.
• Supporting economic performance competitive and financial market research and analysis for new entry markets product segments and individual companies
• Additionally executing regulatory and administrative work streams which are required in preparation of M&A transactions.

Qualifications :

• Student or graduate status in the finance and accounting program or other relevant fields
• Fluent in English (other languages such as French German Italian or Spanish is a plus)
• Genuine drive and enthusiasm to work in a team and to build a career in finance
• Diligence attention to detail independence
• Comprehensive understanding of MS Office tools (Excel etc.)
