Your role

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will support the delivery of high-quality HR services across the employee lifecycle. Working closely with employees, managers, and HR teams, you will help ensure smooth HR operations, accurate data management, and an excellent employee experience. Your Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Administration/ HR Operations/ Employee Lifecycle Management/ Shared Services, or a similar HR environment.
• Advanced German (C1) and good English (B2) language skills.
• Experience working with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or other HR platforms.
• Understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR administration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
