Senior Application Engineer

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop and implement solutions across applications, architecture and infrastructure.
• Review requirements and business processes, translating them into tested, maintainable code.
• Assess technology and market trends and inform technology decisions.
• Collaborate globally on architecture, database design, development and testing.
• Mentor teammates and promote continuous improvement and best practices.

Work model and rewards:

• Hybrid role in Poland with at least three office days weekly, subject to change.
• Annual gross base pay: PLN 169,000–330,000, plus potential bonus and equity.

Kogo poszukujemy?

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 8 years in software engineering, including design, development, testing and implementation of complex solutions.
• Ability to modify software across platforms for compatibility, performance and security.
• Strong understanding of systems architecture, application infrastructure and software development lifecycle.
• Clear communication and experience in collaborative, cross-functional environments.

Preferred qualifications:

• Advanced degree or specialization in financial markets, finance, mathematics or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications in specialist technology disciplines.
• Experience with global teams or enterprise-scale systems in regulated industries.
