This team will play a key role in delivering high-impact consulting projects for Germany's financial sector. You'll get to collaborate directly with our German colleagues, dive into cross-border projects, and even travel to Frankfurt - immersing yourself in the heart of Europe's financial world.

We are looking for:

Risk & Capital Management Team Member with German

Apply if you have:

• Fluency in both English and German (minimum B2 level),
• Experience in Financial Services and/or Consulting, preferably with exposure to German institutions via roles, previous projects, internships, or training,
• Working understanding on European regulatory environment,
• Completed or near-completed higher education in finance, business law, econometrics or other quantitative/qualitative fields,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel,
• A proactive, organized, and quality-focused work style,
• Open, honest, and proactive communication skills,
• A strong motivation to learn, grow, and collaborate with the German team and clients.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., SQL, C, Python, SAS, R),
• Knowledge of CRR/CRD regulations and relevant EBA Guidelines.
