Strategic Designer (UX/UI) (Remote)

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic design projects end-to-end, from challenge framing through launch readiness.
• Structure complex challenges into actionable plans using frameworks such as the Project Pyramid.
• Align C-level executives, ministries and enterprise stakeholders.
• Bridge business, design and technology while protecting the design vision.
• Collaborate with stream leaders, researchers, designers and developers to deliver measurable impact.

Cooperation terms:

• Remote B2B cooperation based on agreed project outcomes, delivery quality and clear communication.
• Use an Apple and Google Workspace-based environment and project tools required for delivery, security or client compliance.
• Commercial range: 20,000–25,000 PLN net plus VAT per month, depending on experience, expertise, scope and availability.
• Long-term B2B collaborators may purchase MultiSport or enel-med packages on preferential group terms.

Kogo poszukujemy?

• Solid UX and/or UI design background with strong craft foundations.
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise platforms, government services or complex corporate ecosystems.
• Strong business literacy and ability to connect design decisions with strategy.
• Excellent facilitation, communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to remain resilient and calm under pressure.
• English proficiency at C1/C2 level.
