Junior IT Recruiter with English (K/M)

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Responsibilities:

• Review CVs and conduct initial phone screenings of candidates.
• Source technical specialists on LinkedIn and build a professional network.
• Create and publish job ads and support the careers page.
• Coordinate interviews, prepare candidate profiles and work in the Traffit ATS.
• Liaise with industry job boards and co-run the employee referral programme.

Working model and offer:

• Start on-site during onboarding at the Bydgoszcz office on ul. Gdańska, then work in a hybrid model with 4–5 remote days per month.
• Flexible daily start between 7:00 and 9:00.
• Choose an employment contract at 5,500–6,400 PLN gross per month or a mandate contract at 32–36 PLN gross per hour.
• Receive onboarding, a development path in IT recruitment, a laptop, phone, Multisport card, private medical care and group insurance.

Kogo poszukujemy?

Key requirements:

• Initial experience in recruiting technical roles.
• Ability to conduct phone conversations with candidates.
• Understanding of the difference between backend and frontend roles.
• English at B2/C1 level.
• Interest in technology, people and new tools.
• Willingness to learn; candidates may be studying or recently graduated.

Nice to have:

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools such as Traffit, Canva, Microsoft, Google, Teams or Slack tools.
• Ability to use AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.
• Studies in English philology, linguistics, psychology or management.
