Account Manager (Remote)

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

What you’ll do:

• Manage and grow relationships with B2B clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Ensure client satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to meet client expectations.
• Gather feedback, propose upsell opportunities, and support renewals.

Kogo poszukujemy?

• At least 3 years of experience in client or account management, preferably in the tech sector.
• Excellent Polish at B2+ level and English at C1 level.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to build client relationships.
• Familiarity with Pipedrive or other CRM tools.
• Good understanding of AI topics and a customer-first, proactive approach to problem-solving.
