A Day in the Life

Join our Offer and Contracting Operations Team and play a key role in enabling commercial success in a dynamic multinational this role you will support Sales Representatives by creating and managing deals in Vendavo ensuring pricing accuracy data transparency and compliance with established guidelines. You will contribute to seamless deal execution price continuity and high-quality data across systems while collaborating closely with Sales and Pricing teams to support business performance.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Create update and manage pricing deals in Vendavo in line with approved guidelines
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Vendavo SAP and ServiceNow
• Prepare customer-ready offers reports and pricing documentation
• Safeguard the integrity confidentiality and compliance of pricing and contract data
• Prioritize and manage tasks to meet SLAs and business deadlines
• Monitor performance against defined KPIs and quality standards
• Collaborate effectively with Sales and Pricing teams to support deal execution

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
• German language proficiency at B2 level or higher
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Ability to work efficiently across multiple systems and tools
• Experience in pricing analytics finance or process-driven operational roles (preferred)
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly

Master of Business Administration or a masters degree in business or economics is preferred.
