• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, including team leadership
• Technical or engineering background preferred
• Strong understanding of metal production processes production flow, and quality standards
• Knowledge in metal works: welding, grinding, polishing, milling, turning, painting (powder coating)
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems is beneficial
• Good command of English
• Welding certificates, gluing certificates will be an advantage, not a must
• Ability to work effectively under time pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
