Customer Support Associate

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Your tasks:

• Provide high-quality online customer service via email, chat, and phone.
• Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver efficient resolutions.
• Identify, qualify, and overcome customer objections.

Working arrangements:

• Provide services under a civil contract with an expected monthly engagement of around 130 hours.
• Collaborate in a hybrid model from Kraków.
• Provide services from Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 6 PM, depending on availability and mutual arrangements.
• Complete introductory activities to learn the tools and agreed scope of services.

Kogo poszukujemy?

Key requirements:

• Fluency in written and spoken Polish.
• Intermediate written and verbal English.
• Experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to have:

• Experience or education in online advertising or marketing.
