Our Cloud Engineering practice in Central Europe is growing rapidly, and we are looking for an experienced Cloud Data Architect (Manager) to support the successful delivery of complex data transformation initiatives for our clients.
In this role, you will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to design modern, cloud-based data platforms and architect scalable data solutions. You will play a key role in both project delivery and business development activities, helping clients unlock the full value of their data.
You will collaborate with leading organizations across industries, supporting large-scale cloud, data and analytics transformation programs using the latest technologies and best practices.

Our Cloud Engineering teams design and deliver interesting cloud projects for clients in Poland and abroad in areas of cloud development, DevOps, integration, migration, data management, infrastructure and others. We help our clients to strategize, design and implement and migrate solutions with use of modern cloud technologies.

✅ What we're looking for:

• Minimum 7 years of experience delivering Data & Analytics projects, including at least 3 years in an Architect or Technical Leadership role
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, BigQuery or equivalent technologies
• Strong understanding of Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, Lakehouse architectures, ETL/ELT, data integration and transformation
• Experience designing end-to-end cloud data architectures
• Practical experience with at least one major cloud platform: Azure, AWS or GCP
• Strong knowledge of data architecture principles, data modelling and data governance concepts
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading client workshops and engaging with senior business and technology stakeholders
• Experience supporting presales activities, including solution design, proposal development and effort estimation
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic consulting environment
• EU Work Permit

⭐ Nice to have:

• Experience in consulting, professional services or other client-facing environments
• Knowledge of SQL and Python
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with GitHub, Azure DevOps and Jira
• Experience leading delivery teams or coordinating project delivery
• Cloud certifications in Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake or Databricks
• Understanding of Data Governance, Data Quality, Security and Compliance frameworks
• Experience participating in RFP/RFI responses and proposal preparation
• Familiarity with modern Data & AI architectures supporting analytics, machine learning and AI workloads
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale data transformation programs, including multi-country engagements
