Senior Manager ERM Risk Steward (K/M)

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Responsibilities:

• Support the Global Head of ERM Oversight for GPS and GTS by delivering a connected enterprise view of risk, including concentrations, systemic exposures, emerging vulnerabilities, risk appetite and governance reporting.
• Conduct cross risk analysis and aggregation, turning macro, regulatory and strategic context into concise insights for CRCOs and senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate Risk and Compliance stakeholders through reporting cycles, triage ownership and dependencies, and support timely decisions and sign off.
• Prepare executive packs, dashboards, committee papers, briefings and talking points explaining what is changing, why it matters and what to do next.
• Support operational loss forecasting and risk appetite refresh exercises for GPS and GTS.

Offer:

• Monthly gross salary of 21,258–29,000 PLN plus a 4,786 PLN monthly gross car allowance and discretionary variable pay.

Key requirements:

• Understanding of Payments and/or Trade businesses, their regulatory landscape and industry trends.
• Understanding of technology infrastructure, third party dependencies and data flows.
• Ability to interpret complex, ambiguous information and anticipate risk impacts on commercial and strategic objectives.
• Knowledge of identifying, assessing, monitoring, controlling and mitigating risks.
• Ability to influence a strong risk control culture and improve risk awareness.
• Ability to build stakeholder networks and support a multi locational professional team.
• Ability to provide expert advice and robust challenge to first line stakeholders managing risks and controls.

Additional advantage:

• Hands on operations experience in Payments or Trade businesses, including their technology and data environment.
