Business Analyst, KYC

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Project:

• Support a financial project focused on enhancing and developing the General KYC ecosystem.
• Act as the link between business and technology teams, translating regulatory, operational, and customer requirements into scalable solutions for onboarding, due diligence, and compliance.
• Work in a hybrid model from Warszawa, with 2 or 3 days per week in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support delivery execution and solution readiness.
• Manage dependencies and assess change and release impacts.
• Perform data analysis and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Business, Architecture, Development, QA, Operations, and Programme teams.

Kogo poszukujemy?

Key requirements:

• Experience in Requirements Engineering, Business Analysis, and Process Modelling.
• Ability to define User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Experience in Release and Change Impact Analysis, Data Analysis, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Practical experience with Jira and Confluence in Agile Delivery Practices.
• Knowledge of APIs, Integration, and Data Mapping and Analysis tools.
• Understanding of Microservices, Enterprise Architecture, and Pega Platform.
• Knowledge of KYC, AML, Customer Due Diligence, onboarding, periodic reviews, and regulatory change delivery in banking or financial services.
• English for daily collaboration in international teams.

Nice to have:

• SQL knowledge.
