As AI is transforming the way software products are designed, analyzed and delivered, we are looking for a Senior AI Business Analyst / AI Product Engineer who will bridge business needs, product strategy and AI-powered ways of working.

This role is a natural evolution of the traditional Business Analyst position. Rather than focusing only on requirements engineering, you will actively leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, optimize processes and support product delivery.

If you are an experienced Business Analyst / Product Engineer who sees AI as an opportunity rather than a challenge and wants to help redefine how products are built, we'd love to hear from you!

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Product Analyst or similar role in the design, development or delivery of IT products within an Agile organisations (Scrum, Kanban) .
• Strong requirements engineering skills including identifying, exploring and refining business needs, challenging technical matters and transforming gathered input into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Readiness to work closely with customers, stakeholders and technical teams to understand strategic objectives, uncover underlying needs and support product development.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Claude/GPT, Gemini, AI Agents) in daily work as well as effectively using AI solutions to solve practical problems.
• Experience in preparation of user stories, acceptance criteria, process modelling, writing technical documentation.
• Fluent English (minimum B2).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with data quality topics, regulatory requirements or product compliance.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Excel or reporting tools.
• Experience with building advanced AI automation solutions, tools or custom agents.
• Experience in UX / UI design / customer journey mapping.
• German language skills.
