Integration Consultant

Join our team as an Integration Consultant and take full ownership of driving complex CSOD ecosystem integrations for global Enterprise clients. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of tech and strategy—crafting custom API solutions, mastering enterprise data flows, and shaping how large organizations run.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering integration and data migration projects within the Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) ecosystem for enterprise clients.
• Configuring and implementing technical solutions, including: SSO (Single Sign-On), IDF (Inbound Data Feed), and adapting systems to meet GDPR compliance requirements.
• Acting as a Business Analyst for custom (code-based) integrations:
• Conducting feasibility studies using the CSOD API.
• Designing solutions and authoring User Stories (in ClickUp) for the development team.
• Migrating, analyzing, and transforming data using spreadsheets (Google Sheets / MS Excel) and SQL.
• Testing and verifying API endpoints (e.g., using Postman).
• Actively collaborating with clients to gather business requirements and provide technical/business consulting in the SaaS domain.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 3 years of experience on a similar position.
• Professional experience in IT consulting, with a strong focus on cloud systems implementation or integration / SaaS.
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level, enabling seamless communication with international clients and team members.
• Practical ability to work with large datasets: proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets (advanced functions, data manipulation) and knowledge of SQL.
• Hands-on experience working with APIs and the ability to perform API testing using tools such as Postman.
• Practical knowledge of data exchange structures (JSON, XML, CSV) and the ability to easily navigate and analyze technical documentation.
• Strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical documentation / User Stories.
• Highly developed communication skills, a client-oriented mindset, and excellent personal workload management.
  

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) ecosystem or other HRMS / LMS / HCM systems.
• General understanding of HR / Learning & Development processes within large enterprise organizations.
• General understanding of networking mechanisms and cloud security (e.g., REST API principles, authentication methods, basic security protocols) as well as authentication mechanisms (SSO, SAML 2.0).
• Experience with automation / Low-Code / No-Code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, Power Automate).
• Experience working in agile project management methodologies (Agile / Scrum).
• Familiarity with ClickUp or similar tools (Jira, Confluence).
