Your role

Join a global HR Technology team delivering innovative Workday solutions for international clients across various industries. As a Senior Workday Integration Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Workday integrations that support critical HR processes and business operations. You will work closely with clients, functional consultants, and technical teams to build scalable integration solutions, enhance existing environments, and ensure seamless data exchange across HR ecosystems.

We combine deep technological expertise with strategic business consulting, delivering innovative solutions to global enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies. Your profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Workday Integration Consultant.
• Strong expertise in Workday integrations, including Core Connectors, EIB, PECI/PI, Workday Studio, and XSLT transformations.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and HRIS environments, preferably within the Workday ecosystem.
• Experience designing, configuring, testing, and supporting end-to-end integration solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
• Very good communication skills and professional proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Workday certifications in Integration or other Workday modules.
• German language skills.
• Experience working in international and multicultural project environments.
• Knowledge of additional HR systems and third-party integration platforms.
