About the Role

As a Junior Accounts Receivable Specialist you will support finance operations by assisting with Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash (O2C) activities. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career finance professionals who want to develop their analytical skills while working in an international business environment.

Please note that relocation support İs not provided for this position. Applicants should already have the legal right to work in Portugal or be willing to relocate to Porto independently at their own expense.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Assist with daily finance operations and administrative tasks.
• Ensure accurate processing of financial information and documentation.
• Work closely with internal teams to support operational efficiency.
• Maintain accuracy while handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Deliver high-quality support with a strong customer-focused approach.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Commerce Accounting Finance or a related field.
• At least 6 months of experience in Accounts Receivable Order-to-Cash (O2C) or Finance Operations.
• Understanding of accounting and finance principles.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP preferred).
• Fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Advanced English (C1 level).
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.

Salary

• 1557.10 gross per month paid over 14 salaries.
