Krakow Poland Hybrid


Are you a German speaker with a passion for B2B sales and business development Join a global team in Krakow Poland where youll help businesses grow while advancing your own career in a dynamic international environment.

What Youll Do

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients.
  • Present tailored solutions and guide customers through the sales process.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets while managing your sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What Were Looking For

  • Fluent German and English.
  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience.
  • Experience in SaaS IT Cloud Ad Sales (Google Ads/Meta Ads) or Tech Sales.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales KPIs and close deals.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and business development.
  • Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to Krakow Poland.
