Are you a German speaker with a passion for sales and business development? Do you enjoy building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving ambitious targets?

We're looking for a Business Development Representative to join an international team in Krakow, Poland. If you're driven, results-oriented, and ready to grow your career in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and engage prospective B2B clients through outbound sales activities.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships.
  • Generate new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Present tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent German and English.
  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience.
  • Experience in SaaS, IT, Cloud, Ad Sales, or Digital Marketing/Google Ads is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience working towards sales KPIs and closing deals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and working in a target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to Krakow, Poland.
