What does a Shift leader do?

Initially, you'll learn the restaurant from the ground up – you'll go through all the positions and see how each area operates. Over time, you'll take responsibility for the shift's progress – making daily decisions, responding to current situations, and ensuring everything runs smoothly and that guests are happy.

In this role, you manage the team, support employee development, and foster a positive atmosphere of collaboration. You'll also work hand-in-hand with the team – serving guests and preparing meals.
