Who we're looking for

We're looking for someone with an accounting background who is interested in developing a career in Payment Reconciliation and Operations. If you already have experience in Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger or other finance processes and would like to expand your expertise into payment operations, we'd love to hear from you.

• Has previous experience in Accounting, Finance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger or other transactional finance processes.
• Is eager to develop a career in reconciliation and payment operations.
• Is proactive, well-organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Learns quickly, is curious and enjoys understanding how end-to-end processes work.
• Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Communicates clearly and works effectively with different stakeholders.
• Is comfortable working in an international environment and has English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of payment processing or reconciliation processes.
• Familiarity with bank transfers, SWIFT messages, chargebacks or settlement processes.
• Experience working in a Shared Service Centre (SSC) or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment.
• Exposure to ERP systems, payment platforms or transaction monitoring tools.
• Experience working with large volumes of financial transactions and meeting tight deadlines.
