Content & Growth Marketing Specialist

Job Description

This is a highly hands-on marketing role for someone who enjoys creating content that drives measurable business results.

You will take ownership of the company's Home marketing presence, from website copy and advertising creatives to social media and influencer collaborations. You'll work closely with international teams while adapting messaging and campaigns for the local market.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimise website copy, landing pages and other marketing assets in Polish.
• Develop advertising copy and video scripts for Meta, TikTok and YouTube campaigns.
• Identify, onboard and manage collaborations with Polish creators and influencers.
• Own the company's Polish social media channels and content calendar.
• Localise global campaigns, product messaging and marketing materials.
• Continuously improve messaging based on performance and conversion data.
• Ensure consistent brand communication across all customer touchpoints.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who has:

• At least 2 years of experience in Content Marketing, Copywriting, Growth Marketing or a similar role.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment such as SaaS, B2B, performance marketing or a high-growth startup.
• Exceptional German copywriting skills (native or C2 level).
• The ability to write content focused on conversion rather than purely branding.
• Practical experience in at least two of the following:
  • advertising copywriting,
  • social media content,
  • website and landing page copy,
  • influencer marketing.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience working with creators, influencers or UGC campaigns.
• Interest in AI products and emerging technologies.
• Performance marketing mindset with a willingness to test, iterate and optimise messaging.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads or Google Ads.
