Location: Warszawa Poland

Role Purpose

The Sales & Office Administration Specialist will provide end-to-end operational support across office management and sales administration ensuring smooth execution of internal processes and supporting the effectiveness of the commercial organization.

Scope of Responsibilities

1. Office Administration

• Oversee document management of the local entity
• Act as a point of coordination for employees on administrative matters
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office environment
• Manage relationships with external vendors (facility services supplies)

• Coordinate internal logistics meetings and company events

  2. Sales Administration Support

• Provide operational support to the sales team across the sales cycle
• Coordinate with Finance Legal and Logistics to ensure process alignment
• Monitor order status for office and proactively resolve operational bottlenecks
• Support reporting and pipeline hygiene (CRM updates data quality)

• Assist in execution of sales initiatives (events campaigns trainings)

  3. Candidate Profile

• Experience in administration and/or sales support roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to operate in a fast-growing international environment
• Solid communication skills and stakeholder management

• Fluency in both English and Polish (required for working in a bilingual and international environment)
