The Digital & Social Media Marketing Associate supports the execution of digital marketing activities across channels, contributing to the team’s efforts in expanding reach, engagement, and traffic. This role provides hands-on exposure to campaign execution, tools, and processes within a structured and supportive environment. Our new Associate will support the firm’s efforts in extending our digital strategy, continuing to significantly amplify the audience. The Digital Marketing Associate will work closely with our Digital Marketing Senior Manager, who will oversee your daily tasks.

The salary for this position ranges from PLN 7 800 to PLN 8 600 gross/month (UoP), depending on the candidate’s relevant experience, skill set, level of expertise and overall fit for the role. Additional factors such as industry background, technical competencies and interview performance may also influence the final offer. The compensation package at Simon-Kucher CBS consists of a gross base salary, a monthly remote work allowance and an annual bonus. The bonus is paid in December and is based on the results of a 360-degree performance evaluation.

How you will create an impact:

• Support execution of campaigns across digital channels (social, email, SEO, paid, website).
• Support with ongoing paid campaigns on our digital platforms, such as Google Ads, StackAdapt, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Support in building and maintaining a social media content calendar.
• Create or adapt content for social media postings, including writing and editing captions and working closely with our design, campaigns, and other relevant teams.
• Support in regularly updating our social media channels (LinkedIn and Instagram).
• Support performance tracking and reporting activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
• Follow established processes, guidelines, and best practices.
• Support regularly tracking our campaign performance by building dashboards, corporate reporting, and making insightful recommendations.
• Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing.

Your profile:

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, combined with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with digital marketing analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 business level).
• Hands-on experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, including creating, interpreting, and presenting actionable performance reports.
• Proficiency in managing social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram) and using digital marketing platforms, including SEMrush, Google Ads, StackAdapt, and Google Search Console, to optimize campaign performance and drive business results.
• Well-versed in digital marketing management tools (e.g., Hootsuite).
• Strong attention to detail and quality, combined with a creative mindset and an eye for compelling visual design.
• Fast learner with a growth mindset, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative approach, able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Preferably Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
