Summary

The IT company Andersen invites a Service Manager to join its team.

Responsibilities

– Prepare Managed Services commercial proposals (fixed-price, T&M, Support Services).

– Coordinate proposal development with technical experts, delivery teams, sales, and subcontractors.

– Analyze customer requirements, RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.

– Prepare Statements of Work (SoW), service descriptions, assumptions, exclusions, SLAs, and pricing documentation.

– Support bid and tender preparation, ensuring timely and high‑quality submissions.

– Collect effort estimates and consolidate cost models.

– Maintain and improve proposal templates, knowledge base, and reusable content.

– Ensure consistency, accuracy, and professional quality of all customer‑facing documents.

– Support customer meetings during presales when required.

– Continuously improve proposal preparation processes using AI and automation tools.

Requirements

– Experience in Presales, Bid Management, Proposal Management, Project Management, Service Management, or a similar role within an IT services company.

– Experience preparing commercial proposals, tenders, or customer‑facing documentation.

– Good understanding of IT services, Managed Services, software development, cloud, or infrastructure services.

– Ability to structure complex information into clear and professional documents.

– Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

– Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate work across different teams.

– Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

– English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Desired skills

– Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) for proposal preparation.

– Experience with CRM, project management, or ITSM tools (Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, etc.).
