Build and Lead Our SAP CO Practice

Our client a growing consulting company is looking for an experienced SAP CO Lead to establish and develop its SAP Controlling practice in Poland.

Tasks

• Lead the development of the companys SAP CO consulting practice.
• Build recruit mentor and manage a team of SAP CO consultants.
• Deliver and oversee SAP CO implementation and optimisation projects.
• Work closely with clients to analyse business requirements and recommend SAP solutions.
• Support business development and pre-sales activities.
• Collaborate with SAP FI and other SAP functional teams.
• Define best practices delivery standards and methodologies for the SAP CO practice.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP CO.
• Experience in one or more of the following:
• Cost Centre Accounting
• Internal Orders
• Product Costing
• Profit Centre Accounting
• Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
• Planning and Reporting
• Previous involvement in SAP implementation or transformation projects.
• Leadership experience or the ambition to build and lead a consulting team.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and Polish or German are essential.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is an advantage.
