Global Marketing Manager Functional Fluids

The Role:
ICL’s Industrial Products division (IP) offers a large variety of products that impact the lives of many people in a sustainable way. We are a market leader in fire resistant hydraulic fluids with applications in power generation, metal working and aviation & automotive.

This position is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the Functional Fluids (FF) line of business and brands to maximize the profit generated by the business and secure its long-term health.

The Responsibilities:

• Protect and grow the Functional Fluids line of business and the Fyrquel, Fyrlube, Syn-O-Ad and other Functional Fluids brands and products. Leading the global brand Fyrquel consistently with ICL corporate values and business objectives.
• Determine pricing strategy for the FF business and ensure it is implemented globally. Recommend strategic initiatives for the FF business and implement such strategies as approved by ICL senior management.
• Work with the manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure products are manufactured economically and delivered in a timeframe valued by our customers.
• Lead technical resources to ensure the product line is best suited to the needs of the targeted market segments and is well positioned competitively against direct competitors and functional substitutes.

The Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, or strategic marketing.
• Proven experience within the chemicals, specialty chemicals, materials, manufacturing, or industrial sector.
• Strong understanding of global industrial markets and value chain dynamics.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing global marketing strategies.
• Ability to lead a global team.
• Budget-management skills and proficiency.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English.
