International Segment Marketing Manager– Healthcare

– based in Troisdorf/Cologne (GER), Eindhoven (NL) or Poznan (PL).

As a global leader in innovative flooring and interior solutions, we help hospitals, care homes and healthcare facilities create spaces that are safer, more sustainable and more comfortable.

This is a unique opportunity to build and shape the marketing activities for our global Healthcare business. Working closely with our Segment Management and international Sales teams, you will develop ideas, create content and turn concepts into practical marketing tools that support our commercial success. This is not a role where you manage agencies from behind a desk. You'll be close to the market, working alongside sales colleagues, architects and designers, creating marketing materials yourself and seeing the direct impact of your work.

YOUR ROLE:

• Develop creative marketing concepts and campaigns tailored to the Healthcare market.
• Create engaging content and compelling customer stories around topics such as dementia-friendly design, sustainability, infection control and patient wellbeing.
• Produce practical sales tools including presentations, brochures, references, mock-ups and case studies.
• Support our international Healthcare Sales teams by participating in customer meetings, workshops, exhibitions and networking events.
• Work closely with architects, designers and opinion leaders to strengthen Gerflor's market presence.
• Drive the Healthcare segment's digital presence through LinkedIn, websites and other communication channels.
• Conduct market research, identify trends and translate insights into new marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate marketing activities across Gerflor subsidiaries and brands to promote integrated healthcare solutions

Requirements

• University degree in Marketing or Business Administration
• 3–5 years in B2B marketing / sales roles (Healthcare or Building Materials market)
• International experience and business fluent English skills (French / other language a plus)
• A hands-on attitude and a high level of autonomy / self-starter attitude
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse countries and organizational structures
• Willingness to travel (approx. 1-2 trips per months)
