Your tasks

• Sending reminders for order confirmation and monitoring delivery schedules
• Managing order corrections and cancellations upon customer requests
• Close collaboration with the logistics team to clarify product orders and deliveries resolve delivery blocks, address incomplete protocol messages, handle urgent communications for delayed deliveries, and clarify uncertainties in KIAA orders
• Coordinating with the disposition team regarding issues such as non-compliance with minimum order quantities (MOQs), questions about products, and incorrect packaging
• Working with the finance department to clarify customer credit limit matters
• Managing framework agreements and open order workloads on demand, including closing open orders and consulting with customers, disposition, and sales teams
• Handling ticket distribution in Service Cloud for unclassified tickets
• Performing follow-up tasks and updates related to the online shop

Your profile

• Min. 3 years of work experience in the field of sales support (order management), customer service & administration
• Excellent English skills (verbal and written)
• Good German language skills (verbal and written) to clarify the above mentioned points with internal interfaces (Sales, Dispo, Logistic, Complaints) and with the customer
• Professional experience in SAP4HANA
• Previous experience with CRM, CRM Service Cloud as preferrable
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Analytical skills, attention to details & focus on Customer satisfaction
• Willingness to develop/improve
• Good communication skills
• Team player able to work in a cross cultural environment
• Proactiveness and taking ownership for the tasks in the position
• Continuous improvement mindset
