Website and SEO specialist
We are looking for a Website Specialist who will take ownership of website updates, optimization, and ongoing development. This role works closely with the marketing team to ensure high-quality content, effective landing pages, and strong visibility in search engines.
Ongoing content updates and management of the website using a CMS.
Creating, launching, and optimizing landing pages for marketing and sales campaigns.
Supporting website structure planning and user journey optimization.
On-site SEO optimization: content, meta data, structure, and internal linking.
Monitoring website traffic and user behavior (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.).
Collaborating with content, performance marketing, IT teams, or external vendors when needed.
Ensuring website content is consistent with brand guidelines and communication strategy.
Implementing optimization recommendations to improve conversion rates (CRO).
Requirements
Experience in a Website Specialist, Digital Specialist, or similar role.
Hands on experience with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, or similar).
Experience with event tracking and tagging (Google Tag Manager or similar)
Solid understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.
Experience creating and optimizing landing pages.
Analytical skills and ability to draw insights from data (GA, GSC).
Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
Strong attention to detail, independence, and good time management.
English proficiency sufficient for working with documentation and international teams.
