PL - Marketing Assistant

BYD, a global automotive brand and the world’s leading manufacturer of new energy vehicles (NEV) is expanding its presence on the Polish market.

We are looking for professionals who will join our marketing department for Event & ATL Manager role.

If you have proven experience in delivering ATL campaigns and large-scale event productions, have run these projects from the very beginning to the end on you own, without agency support, working directly with vendors, and are ready to move to the client side - join the BYD team!

We are looking for professionals who understand the media and event industry, know how to effectively manage complex projects and stakeholders, and have strong knowledge of the supplier and production market. Experience in the automotive sector is highly valued.

The ideal candidate combines strong execution capabilities with strategic thinking, understands how to deliver impactful brand experiences, and is confident in managing end-to-end production processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the Marketing Team in day-to-day operational and administrative activities to ensure smooth execution of marketing projects and campaigns.

• Assisting with purchase order (PO) processes, invoice collection, payment tracking, and coordination of marketing-related financial documentation.

• Supporting budget monitoring and maintaining accurate records of marketing expenses, contracts, and vendor documentation.

• Coordinating communication and daily cooperation with external suppliers, agencies, production partners, and internal stakeholders.

• Assisting in the organization and logistics of marketing activities, events, dealer initiatives, and promotional campaigns.

• Supporting the preparation, coordination, and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

• Monitoring project timelines, following up on deliverables, and supporting the team in maintaining smooth operational workflows.

• Assisting with reporting, documentation, presentations, and internal administrative tasks related to marketing activities.

• Supporting cooperation with Sales, PR, Dealer Network, and HQ teams to ensure effective communication and alignment across departments.

• Maintaining marketing databases, records, and internal documentation to ensure operational efficiency and process transparency.

• Providing on-site operational support during events, activations, and marketing initiatives when required.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to efficiently manage reports, presentations, payment tracking, schedules, and marketing documentation.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong operational mindset - hands-on, practical, and solution-oriented.

• High resilience and ability to work under pressure.

• Strong communication skills and attention to details.

• Fluent English and Polish for cooperation with international teams.

• Valid driving license (category B).
