As a Vice President in Corporate Third Party Oversight Global Supplier Services EMEA Governance you will support the ongoing enhancement of regional governance processes and frameworks in response to evolving regulatory requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders across risk compliance legal audit and business functions to support examinations strategic initiatives and regulatory engagement activities. You will play a key role in helping ensure the effective oversight of third-party relationships across the region.

Job Responsibilities

• Assess regulatory changes across the EMEA region against existing policies standards processes and tools to identify potential gaps or areas for improvement.
• Lead or support continuous improvement and transformation projects in collaboration with global and local stakeholders.
• Manage internal and external examinations including regulatory audit and compliance reviews.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for regional stakeholders regarding the third-party oversight framework.
• Support the implementation of strategic tools and ensure regional requirements are appropriately accommodated.

Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills

• Experience in outsourcing and third-party risk management.
• Understanding of the outsourcing regulatory landscape in the EMEA region including relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Knowledge of risk management and control principles.
• Experience interpreting regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing audits and regulatory reviews.
• Strong analytical listening verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify issues perform root cause analysis and develop sustainable solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across risk legal compliance sourcing and audit functions.

Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills

• Familiarity with EMEA outsourcing regulations and industry standards.
• Experience supporting governance regulatory or transformation initiatives within a large organization.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a global environment.
