Service Sales Manager (F/M)

As a Service Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and managing sales of BESS maintenance and service contracts;
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with utility, residential, and enterprise clients;
• Identifying new business opportunities within the energy storage sector;
• Preparing and presenting tailored service solutions to meet client needs;
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction;
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies;
• Achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth;
• Managing contract negotiations and ensuring compliance with agreements.

The Service Sales Manager will be located in Warsaw with some business travels depending on the opportunities.

A successful Service Sales Manager should have:

• Strong knowledge of BESS/PV maintenance and service operations;
• Proven experience in sales services, especially in the Technology & Telecoms industry;
• Familiarity with selling service contracts to utility, residential, and enterprise customers;
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
• The ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities;
• Proficiency in managing contract negotiations and ensuring compliance;
• A results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets.
