Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Were looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and support content implementation across Demants global web platforms. Youll work closely with local markets as a key contact from HQ guiding content structure and localization and driving high-quality implementation across brands and regions.

This is not a purely executional role. Youll be expected to act as a subject matter expert seeing the bigger picture and guiding decisions. Youll take ownership of planning and coordinating content rollouts across markets with clear timelines and smooth delivery.

What youll do

• Support global marketing and local marketeers in planning coordinating and executing content implementation and other digital marketing activities
• Act as an HQ expert advising on best practices web standards and ways of working
• Guide and support markets in using web platforms and content tools effectively
• Train and onboard local teams on content processes guidelines and tools
• Ensure consistency of content structure and messaging across markets and brands
• Review and challenge market requests to ensure alignment with global standards and priorities
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into clear briefs and requirements
• Identify dependencies and ensure alignment across teams markets and initiatives
• Ensure content and solutions meet standards (e.g. accessibility privacy compliance)
• Collaborate on continuous improvements of content workflows processes and tooling

Who youll work with

Youll collaborate with global and local marketing teams as well as developers QA Sitecore specialists and designers.

Youll act as a key link between HQ and local markets ensuring both alignment and mutual understanding of needs and constraints.

• Experience in digital marketing content management or a similar role
• Strong understanding of content-driven websites and CMS platforms
• Experience working with multiple markets or in an international setup
• Ability to guide train and support stakeholders with different levels of digital maturity
• Confidence to challenge requests and make decisions based on the bigger picture
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to identify dependencies and think beyond individual tasks
• Structured and organized but flexible in approach
